Members of the group may be interested in this vacancy which we are currently advertising. The Chair in Scots Law is one of the oldest in the Edinburgh Law School, having been founded in 1722. The Chair was last vacant in 2008, when Professor Kenneth Reid was appointed to it. It will soon fall vacant again. We want another outstanding scholar and teacher to fill it, and applications would certainly be welcome from qualified obligations scholars.
